
① Boil plenty of water in a large pot, put the sealed pouch (soup) in it and heat it for about 5 minutes in hot water. Be careful to boils over!

② Prepare to boil the noodles by bringing water to a boil in another large pot.
※It's a good idea to warm the bowl with hot water while waiting.

③ Open the attached "sauce" and the sealed pouch that was heated in step 1, pour the soup into a bowl.
※Sometimes the oil in the sauce may solidify, so please make sure to squeeze it out firmly.

④ Put the noodles into another pot of boiling water and boil them while loosening the noodles.
※The recommended cooking time is 30 seconds.(Adjust the boiling time to your liking)

⑤ Drain the boiled noodles well using a strainer or similar tool, and put them into the bowl of soup.

⑥ Once you add the included red pickled ginger and any other toppings you like, it's complete.
※I recommend the spicy pickled mustard greens that are sold as souvenirs.
